Simply log in to the website to add your GLAM CARD to your online account. When it has been added successfully, a box with your points balance will appear on your profile.
Important: to successfully complete this process, the email address and last name on your online account must match the details used for your GLAM CARD.
 When your card has been added to your online account, you can decide how many points you want to use for your purchase at checkout.

How do I sign up? What are my options?

You can sign up for a card online, via the app or in store.

Do I have to pay to join?

No, it is free to join.

Which stores accept the card?

All Calliope stores in Italy (excluding outlets).

What are the card benefits?

You can earn a €5 bonus for every cumulative €30 spent on your card. Once you have met the spending threshold, this bonus will be activated by your next purchase. It is available for 60 days. Each purchase counts towards the €30 total. These bonuses cannot be spent on discounted or sale items. 

Are there any time limits?

Yes! The cumulative spending on your card expires on 31 December of each year. The bonuses expire after 60 days.

What benefits/perks do I get for joining the programme?

As soon as you join the programme, your purchases will count towards a bonus. When you have spent a total of €30, the bonus will be activated by your next purchase and is available to spend for the next 60 days.

Do I have to spend my bonus on my next purchase?

No, you can choose to spend all or part of the bonuses earned from one or more purchases. However, each bonus is only available for 60 days after activation.

Can I spend my bonuses at any time of the year?

No, the bonuses cannot be used to purchase discounted items during sales. However, you can still use them to purchase non-discounted items from the new collection. 

How do I check my bonuses?

You can check your balance on your receipts, your personal profile on the calliope.style website and the Calliope app.

Can I use my Glam Card on calliope.style?

Yes, you can use your card online and in the app. Simply update your personal profile and add your Glam Card, or sign up here if you do not have an account. If you don't have a Glam Card, you can create one when you sign up for an account.

If I forget my card when making a purchase, can I earn benefits retroactively?

No, our system does not allow you to retroactively earn benefits or add to your cumulative spend. 

If I did not add my card to my personal account before placing an online order, can I earn benefits retroactively?

No, our system does not allow you to retroactively earn benefits or add to your cumulative spend. 

Can I earn and redeem bonuses in any store, or is the programme tied to a specific store?

You can enjoy your benefits in every Calliope store in Italy, on the calliope.style website and the Calliope app.

Are the personalised offers valid for all members of the Calliope Glam Card programme or just the members who received the communication?

These offers are exclusive and personalised, so they may not be valid for all cardholders.

What happens if I buy an item using my bonus and then decide to exchange it?

If you want to exchange an item, the portion of your bonus that you used will simply be deducted from your purchase. If you also spent an additional cash amount, you can apply this credit to any purchase. 

If I return my order online, will my points be reimbursed?

Yes, the points used on the returned items will be recredited to your account,
but the points earned from the returned items will also be subtracted from your balance.

Can I redeem my bonus on discounted items or offers?

No, the benefits cannot be combined with discounts or offers, unless otherwise specified. 

What should I do if I forget my card?

If you have added your Glam Card to your online account/app, you can log in to your profile and show your card number at the till. Alternatively, you can communicate your personal data to the shop staff to help them find your account. 

Can I lend my Loyalty Card to friends or family?

No; your offers are exclusive and personalised. Your friends and family can choose to sign up for their own free accounts using their own information.

When does the "Earn €5 for Every €30 You Spend" programme end?

The programme ends on 31 December of every year: don't forget!
