REGULATIONS FOR THE CALLIOPE LOYALTY PROGRAM

 

Dear Customer, you can find below the regulations for Calliope loyalty program (hereinafter, “Program”).

1. Promoter

The promoter of the Calliope loyalty program, which will be carried out through the issuing of special Fidelity Card is issued, is Teddy S.p.A., based in Rimini (RN - Italy), via Coriano no. 58, Vat no. 00953910403 (hereinafter, “Promoter”).

2. Beneficiaries of the Calliope Loyalty Program and Fidelity Card

The beneficiaries of the Program and therefore, of the Fidelity Card, are all consumers aged 18 or over who purchase from Calliope stores. Children under 18 years of age may be beneficiaries of the Calliope loyalty program only with the written consent of their parents/guardian.

  1. What is the Fidelity Card?

The Fidelity Card allows the holder to participate in the Program and more specifically, in all promotional campaigns dedicated to Fidelity Card holders, in conformity with the relevant regulations made available each time in participating stores and published on the www.calliope.style website.

4. Issuing the Fidelity Card

The Fidelity Card is issued entirely free of charge as paper card or as a virtual card in one of the following ways:

  • following the correct, complete and truthful filling in of the relevant application form, which can be found in all Calliope stores;
  • following the registration procedure directly at the cash desk at Calliope stores;
  • via the www.calliope.style website or, if and when available, via the Calliope mobile app or the special in-store Touch Points.

Failure, incomplete or untrue data entry, will make it impossible to issue the Fidelity Card or its revocation.

The cardholder also undertakes to communicate to Promoter any changes to personal data and / or their contact details promptly.

Promoter will process personal data provided by the cardholder in compliance with the provisions of EU Regulation 2016/679 and the national laws about the protection of personal data, as specified in the attahed privacy policy, always available for consultation on www.calliope.style. 

5. Use of the Fidelity Card

The Fidelity Card can be associated with only one person. The cardholder can have only one Fidelity Card and must only use it for personal purposes and not for commercial gain.

To make full use of the benefits offered by the Fidelity Card, the cardholders should show the card (paper or virtual) before that the receipt for products purchased from a Calliope store is issued. Alternatively, for purchases made on www.calliope.style, it is necessary to input the identification details on the Fidelity Card when the possibility is offered to the cardholder during the purchasing process.

For security reasons, it is not possible to use the same Fidelity Card for more than five transactions in a single day.

The Promoter may limit the use of the fidelity card on some products, on discounted products or during certain periods of the year.

6. Validity and cancellation of the loyalty program and the Fidelity Card

The cardholder is a member of the Program from the moment of his registration until the return or revocation of the Fidelity Card.

The Promoter has the right to revoke them at any time and without notice if they are used fraudulently, incorrectly or in a manner that could be detrimental to Promoter and in the event of the use of the aforementioned tool in breach of the present regulations.

The return or revocation of the Fidelity Card results in the cancellation of the card and of any benefit accumulated and not used.

The Promoter reserves the right to request the restitution of any benefits acquired illegally (points, prizes, discounts, etc.), as well as the right to take legal action against the holder of the revoked card. 

7. Loss, damage, theft, malfunctioning, counterfeiting or manipulation of the Fidelity Card  

In the event of loss, damage, theft or malfunctioning of the Fidelity Card the relevant holder must communicate the event promptly to Promoter that, after checking the identification of the holder, undertakes to cancel and replace the old Fidelity Card with a new one and to credit the latter with any benefits accumulated and not used, within the timescale necessary. 

The Promoter reserves the right to check the validity of any Fidelity Card presented and to refuse any that have been counterfeited or in any way manipulated.

The Promoter is not liable for any fraudulent, improper or unlawful use of the Fidelity Card.

The Promoter is not liable for any consequences, either direct or indirect, connected to the malfunctioning of the Fidelity Card or the systems for its management not dependent on its own wishes. In any case, Teddy S.p.A. undertakes to do everything possible to guarantee the cardholders the restitution of any benefits accumulated and not used. 

8. Returning the Fidelity Card

The Fidelity Card holder can return the card to the Promoter at any time. Returning the card implies waiving any benefit accumulated and not used. 

9. Changes to the regulations

The Promoter reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the Calliope loyalty program at any time, in its own irrevocable judgement and without any written notice to Fidelity Card cardholders. In the event of changes to the terms and conditions of the loyalty program, the new regulations will be promptly made available for the cardholders at participating Calliope stores and will be published on www.calliope.style. We therefore, kindly invite interested customers to visit these sites frequently to ensure they are up to date on any changes. 

10. Accepting the regulations

The adhesion to the Program, in the manner described sub 4), implies full and unconditional acceptance of all the clauses contained in the regulations, which are available for the cardholders at Calliope stores, are published on www.calliope.style and will be handed over with the application form when the Fidelity Card is issued.
