Dear Customer, below are the General Term and Conditions for Calliope loyalty program. 

1. Promoter 
The promoter of the Calliope Loyalty Program is Teddy S.p.A., based in Rimini (Italy), via Coriano no. 58 GrosRimini Blocco 97, Vat no. 00953910403 (hereinafter “Promoter”). 

2. Beneficiaries of the Calliope program and Fidelity Card 
The beneficiaries of the Calliope program and, therefore, of the Fidelity Card are all consumers aged 18 or over who purchase from Calliope stores located in the territory of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia participating in the initiative (hereinafter “Stores”) and/or on the website www.calliope.style, when and if available (hereinafter “Website”) and/or on the Calliope app, when and if available (hereinafter “App”). 
Consumers under 18 years of age may be beneficiaries of the Calliope Loyalty Program only with the written consent of their parents/guardian. 

3. What is the Fidelity Card and what are the benefits reserved for Fidelity Card holders 
The Fidelity Card is the document that allows the holder to participate in the Calliope Loyalty Program. 
Upon successful membership in Calliope Loyalty Program, the customer receives a Fidelity Card in digital format. 
Possession of the Fidelity Card allow the customer's participation in promotional campaigns and/or access to benefits and/or participation in games or contests reserved for Calliope Loyalty Program members (hereinafter “Members”).  
Each promotional campaign, game, contest and or other advantages reserved for Members (hereinafter, jointly “Benefits”) are governed by specific regulations are governed by special regulations governing the conditions, timing, and limits of each Benefits and are considered an integral and substantial part of these General Terms and Conditions. The regulations of each Benefit are made available by the Promoter, from time to time, at the Stores or, when and if available, on the Website and/or on the App.

4. Issuing the Fidelity Card 
Consumers can enrol in the Calliope Loyalty Program in one of the following ways:
by correctly, completely and truthfully completing the membership form available at the Stores; 
by following the procedure directly at the cashier's desk at the Stores or, if and when available, by connecting with your smartphone to the Wi-Fi network available at the Stores 
via the website www.calliope.style and/or, if and when available, by means of the Calliope mobile app or other dedicated websites or touch points in the Stores.
In the event of failure to complete or incomplete and/or untruthful completion of the membership form (also online) or incomplete and/or untruthful communication of data during registration, the Fidelity Card will not be issued. 
A surcharge may be charged for printing the fidelity card in paper format according to the conditions of sale available in the Stores. The fidelity card in digital format is always free of charge.
The Members also undertakes to communicate to Promoter any changes to personal data promptly. 
Promoter will process personal data provided by the Members in compliance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) n. 2016/679 and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Personal Data Law. More information on how the Promoter processes personal data of Members is contained in the privacy policy available at the Stores and, when and if applicable, on the Website and App.

5. Use of the Fidelity Card 
The Fidelity Card can be associated with only one person. The Member has the right to only one Fidelity Card and must only use it for personal purposes and not for commercial gain.
To make full use of the benefits offered by the Fidelity Card, the Members should show the card or, if and when available, and/or the mobile app code, before that the receipt for products purchased from a Calliope store is issued. Alternatively, for purchases made on the Website, it is necessary to input the identification details on the Fidelity Card when the possibility is offered to the holder during the purchasing process. 
For security reasons, it is not possible to use the same Fidelity Card for more than five transactions in a single day. 

6. Validity and cancellation of the loyalty program and the Fidelity Card 
The Members are considered member of the Calliope Loyalty Program from the moment of its enrolment until its termination or revocation. 
The Member may, at any time, terminate its membership in the Calliope Loyalty Program by contacting Calliope Customer Service via e-mail at help@calliope.style.
The Promoter reserves the right to revoke the Fidelity Card at any time and without notice if they are used fraudulently, incorrectly or in a manner that could be detrimental to Promoter and in the event of the use of the aforementioned tool in breach of the present Terms and Conditions. 
Revocation or termination of the Fidelity Card implies annulment of the card and cancellation of any benefit accumulated and not used. The Promoter reserves the right to request the restitution of any benefits acquired illegally (points, prizes, discounts, etc.), as well as the right to take legal action against the holder of the revoked card.  

7. Loss, damage, theft, malfunctioning, counterfeiting or manipulation of the Fidelity Card  
In the event of loss, damage, theft or malfunctioning of the Fidelity Card, Members must communicate the event promptly to Promoter that, after checking the identification of the holder, undertakes to cancel and replace the old Fidelity Card with a new one and to credit the latter with any benefits accumulated and not used, within the timescale necessary.  
The Promoter reserves the right to check the validity of any Fidelity Card presented and to refuse any that have been counterfeited or in any way manipulated. 
The Promoter is not liable for any fraudulent, improper or unlawful use of the Fidelity Card. 
The Promoter is not liable for any consequences, either direct or indirect, connected to the malfunctioning of the Fidelity Card or the systems for its management not dependent on its own wishes. In any case, The Promoter undertakes to do everything possible to guarantee holders the restitution of any benefits accumulated and not used.  

8. Complaint Management
In the event of complaints or enquiries, the consumer may send an e-mail to help@calliope.style or write by post to Teddy S.p.A., via Coriano n. 58 GrosRimini Blocco 97 47924 - Rimini (Italy).

9. Changes to the General Terms and Conditions 
Promoter reserves the right to change this General Terms and Conditions of the Calliope Loyalty Program at any time, in its own irrevocable judgement and without any written notice to Members. In the event of changes, the new General Terms and Conditions will be made available at the Stores and/or, when and if available, on the Website and or on the App. 

10. Accepting of Terms and Conditions
Membership of the Calliope Loyalty Programme, as better defined in point 4), implies full and unconditional acceptance of the present General Terms and Conditions and of the promotional regulations regarding Member benefits, which are available for Members at Stores and, when and if available, on the Website or on the App.
