Types of data processed and purposes of the data processing

Browsing data
During the normal course of operations, the computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website collect some data, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols. This information is not collected in order to be linked to identified individuals, but its very nature could allow users to be identified through processing and in association with data held by third parties.
This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the devices used by users who connect to the website, the addresses of the requested resources in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numeric code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's IT environment.

The processing subjects are all the users of the website or the services provided therein who are over 16 or 18 and over, as per each specific information notice.

Optional nature of data provision

Failure to provide data, as indicated on a case by case basis in the information notices provided to the user, may result in Teddy S.p.A. being unable to provide the requested service.

Please note that the collected data may be transferred to servers located in non-EU countries to provide the above services. In this case, Teddy S.p.A. will guarantee suitable security measures based on the provisions of the aforementioned Regulation. Processing duration

Unless otherwise specified in the specific information notices, the processing of personal data will take place throughout the entire period that the interested party is using this website and the services provided through it. In case of withdrawal of consent, personal data will be stored by Teddy S.p.A. in order to prove that it has fulfilled its obligations until the end of the predetermined limitation period.

Rights of the interested parties

With regard to the Data Controller, personal data subjects can exercise their rights at any time, pursuant to articles 15 to 22 of the aforementioned Regulation and the applicable national legislation on the processing of personal data. Specifically, they can:

a) access the data and confirm the existence of personal data concerning them, even if it is not yet recorded, and have it communicated in an intelligible form;

b) obtain information regarding the origin of the personal data and the processing purposes and methods; the logic applied with regard to processing carried out with the aid of electronic tools; the identity of the controller, officers and the designated representative; the parties or categories of parties to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about it as designated state representatives, officers or agents;

c) request that their data is updated, rectified or integrated, and exercise their right to data portability;

d) request that processed data is erased, limited, anonymised or blocked, including data whose storage is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data was collected or subsequently processed;

e) confirm that the aforementioned operations have been brought to the attention of those to whom the data has been communicated or shared, except in the case where this proves impossible or requires the use of means that are clearly disproportionate to the right being protected;

f) object, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning them, in whole or in part, even if it is pertinent to the purposes of collection, and to the processing of personal data concerning them that is used for the purpose of sending marketing communications and advertising or direct sales materials or for carrying out market research.

The interested party also has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, which in Italy is the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).

NEWSLETTERS AND MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

The use of personal data for sending newsletters and/or marketing communications will only take place with the user's prior consent.

To stop receiving newsletters and/or marketing communications by email, simply follow the instructions contained in the last email received or by sending an email to help@calliope.style containing the following details: "Clp", first name, last name and the email address to which to stop sending communications. Upon receipt of the email we will stop the communications.

To stop receiving SMS communications, simply send an SMS from the number on which you wish to no longer receive communications with the word "unsubscribe" (without quotation marks) to +393666369292.
