HOW DOES THE “WONDER CLUB” WORK
The Calliope "Wonder Club" Program (hereinafter "Program") is reserved for all Calliope customers, who will be able to request the "Wonder Card" loyalty card in digital format free of charge. For more information on how to join the Program and obtain the Wonder Card, visit www.calliope.style.
Through the Program, holders of the Wonder Card (hereinafter "Member" or, in the plural, "Members") will be able to access special benefits and promotions.
In particular, starting from 06/10/2025 and until 07/10/2026 (hereinafter also the "Validity Period") Members will be able to accumulate points on their Wonder Card ("Points"), in the manner better defined in the following point 1. The Points accumulated will allow each Member to access exclusive advantages divided into four different levels, called status:

Status Essential: from 0 to 2999 Points

Status Superior: from 3000 to 8999 Points

Status Privilege: from 9000 to 17999 Points

Status Elite: from 18000 Points.
At the end of the Validity Period, the accumulated Points are reset to zero.
1. How Points are accumulated on the Wonder Card
Each Member will be able to accumulate Points on their Wonder Card in two different ways.

Purchasing Calliope products
For every PHP spent during the Validity Period (i) at Calliope stores participating in the initiative ("Shops"), each Member will automatically be charged a point on the Wonder Card.
Points will be rounded down. For example, if you spend 1,99 PHP, 1 Point will be charged; if you spend 10,99 PHP, 10 points will be charged.
To be entitled to points, the Member
- in the event of a purchase made in one of the Shops, the customer must identify himself before issuing the receipt by presenting the QR code of his Wonder Card or by indicating his surname and name or the e-mail address/telephone number issued in registratine phase for the Program;
Failure to identify the Member in the manner indicated above will not allow points to be accumulated.
The return of a purchased product entails the cancellation of the relative accumulated Points. Attention: the cancellation of the Points can lead to the updating of the Status acquired by the Member.
Members will be able to find out their accumulated Points balance at any time by consulting the personal section of the website www.calliope.style.
- Accelerators
During the Validity Period, Members may also accumulate Points by completing the activities or objectives indicated below (hereinafter "Accelerator"). Additional Accelerators may be indicated from time to time on the personal page of the website www.calliope.style or on the personal profile of the mobile app.
Each Accelerator allows you to accumulate a different number of Points depending on your Status. Points are credited approximately within 48 hours of completing the Accelerator.

1.1.2 Multi-category purchase Accelerator: to access the Accelerator, the Member must purchase, in a single transaction and therefore with a single receipt, at least three products of different categories (e.g. outerwear, t-shirt and trousers) of the same lines (e.g. Calliope man or Calliope woman).

- Privilege, Elite +900 Points
1.1.3 Multiple line Accelerator: To access the Accelerator, the Member must purchase, in a single transaction and therefore with a single receipt, at least two products, each of which must belong to two different lines. By lines we mean: women's, men's, underwear, boys and girls.

- Privilege, Elite +1200 Points
1.1.4. Accelerator Update your profile: to access the Accelerator, the Member must complete - on the Site, via the App or in one of the Shops - their personal profile by entering the missing data
- All levels 300 Points
1.1.7. Anniversary Accelerator: For each anniversary following the date of the first Wonder Club registration, the Member accesses the Accelerator.
- 1 year +300 Points
- 2 years +600 Points
- 3 years +900 Points
- 4 + years +1200 Points
2. What advantages can I access for each Status
Members will be able to benefit from numerous promotions and reserved initiatives, differentiated according to the number of Points accumulated and the relative Status.
Below are the main advantages associated with each Status.
2.1. Welcome Bonus.
Each new Member, who has successfully completed the registration to the Program from 06/10/2025 to 07/10/2026, will see a Welcome Bonus consisting of a 5% discount voucher on the first purchase after joining the Program. The bonus is valid on a single purchase (therefore it cannot be divided over multiple purchases); cannot be combined with other discounts or coupons or promotions or sales; does not give the right to cash change; it is not convertible into cash; must be understood as including VAT, regardless of the rate applicable to the items purchased.
2.2. Moving to a new Status
Upon reaching a new Status, the Member will be entitled to:

for the first ever transition from Essential Status to Superior Status: a 20% (twenty percent) discount on a subsequent purchase;

for all other transition from Essential Status to Superior Status: a 10% (ten percent) discount on a subsequent purchase;

for the transition from Superior Status to Privilege Status: a 15% discount on a subsequent purchase;
-
for the passage from Privilege Status to Elite Status: a 20% discount on a subsequent purchase.
Upon reaching each Status, the Member will receive a voucher by e-mail or SMS showing the discount to which he is entitled. Each voucher is valid as a one-off payment on a single subsequent purchase, starting from the day following the achievement of the Status, made within 90 (ninety) days of the issue of the voucher. The voucher cannot be used to purchase gift cards. The voucher can be used for a single purchase (therefore it cannot be divided over multiple purchases), it cannot be combined with other discounts, discount vouchers, promotions or sales. The voucher does not give the right to change in cash and cannot be converted into cash. Failure to use it within 90 days of its issue within the deadline does not entitle to any refund.
2.3. Ongoing discount.
Members are entitled to an additional bonus ("Ongoing Discount") based on their Status. In particular:

Elite Status:

for each purchase of at least 3000 PHP made with a single purchase, each Member will receive a voucher by e-mail or SMS, which will entitle them to a 20% discount to be used within 90 (ninety) days from the issue of the voucher.

Furthermore, for each purchase of at least 6000 PHP made with a single purchase, the Member will receive a voucher by e-mail or SMS which will entitle him to a 30% discount to be used within 90 (ninety) days from issue of the voucher.

The voucher cannot be used to purchase gift cards. The voucher can be used for a single purchase (therefore it cannot be divided over multiple purchases), it cannot be combined with other discounts, discount vouchers, promotions or sales. The voucher does not give the right to change in cash and cannot be converted into cash.

2.4. Birthday discount
Each Member, on the occasion of his or her birthday, will receive a voucher by e-mail or SMS which will entitle him or her to a 30% discount on a purchase made within 14 days from the date the voucher was sent. The discount is valid once on an expense of any amount; it is not valid for the purchase of gift cards. In case of purchase on the Site or on the App, the voucher is not applied to the shipping costs.
The voucher can only be used for a single purchase (therefore it cannot be divided over multiple purchases), it cannot be combined with other discounts, discount vouchers, promotions or sales.
The voucher does not give the right to change in cash and cannot be converted into cash. Failure to use it within 14days of its issue within the deadline does not entitle to any refund.
3. Sending communications by email or SMS
To allow participation in the Program and receive the discount vouchers associated with one's Status or in the other cases set out above, Teddy S.p.A. – as promoter of the Program – must send communications by e-mail or SMS, in accordance with the provisions of point c. of the privacy policy available at any time at the following link: LINK PRIVACY POLICY
It is specified that the communications by which the discount vouchers or Status upgrades will be sent will not have a commercial or promotional nature, but will be limited to allowing the Member to become aware of the benefits accrued in accordance with this document, the Program regulations and the information on the privacy policy.
4. Changes
The Promoter reserves the right to modify, replace and/or integrate one or more contents of this document, including the methods of accumulating Points and/or the rewarding behaviors and/or the criteria and requirements for the attribution of Statuses and the respective advantages, as well as promote marketing initiatives – such as, by way of example, Accelerators, extra bonuses, etc. - which allow further possibilities of accumulating points; such changes will be promptly communicated in the manner deemed most effective from time to time and will come into force after a reasonable period indicated by the Promoter.
It is the Members' responsibility to consult the conditions and the validity of the benefits and to check the availability of related products and services on the Site. Some benefits may be valid for less than the duration of the program.
