The refund will be credited to the original payment method, or via bank transfer in the case of cash on delivery.

Prepare the package
You can reuse the box you received with your order. Make sure the items to be returned still have their tags and have not been damaged or worn. Include any accessories in the box (belt, dust bag, etc.). Take the package to the pickup point you selected, where you simply need to show the QR code from the return confirmation email.

Refund
After receiving the return, our warehouse will carry out all necessary checks to verify that the procedure and conditions have been met. Once the return is confirmed, you will receive the refund within 14 business days from the day the package arrives at our warehouse. You will receive a return and refund confirmation email within a few hours (if you don't receive it, check your spam folder).
Please note that you can ship the return within 45 days, starting from the order fulfillment date.
